Background

Devectum Management was founded 10 years ago and since then CEO Anders Tjernberg has worked as a consultant within Project Management. He has worked on complex projects at companies such as Göteborgs Energi and DB Schenker.

In the summer of 2010 Anders Tjernberg decided to change focus of Devectum Management and set out to expand his company and established Team Devectum. Throughout the past years he has seen a growing need for complete Project Management Teams.  A team which is put together by one senior Project Manager and one or more junior Project Managers with specific skills.

Anders explains, ”It has become more and more common to ask for help and support when it comes to planning and time scheduling. Once you have had help with documentation, cost control or other daily tasks which a Project Manger encounters you notice that it is effective in time, cost and energy. Instead you can use that energy to motivate and lead the Project members.”
